By accessing or using our website, membership plans, or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership & Services
HOMZ Garage Door Services offers garage door maintenance, repair, installation, and related services within IL only.
Membership plans include two (2) scheduled service visits per year (one in summer and one in winter), plus benefits such as priority scheduling, emergency support, and member-only discounts.
Additional services or repairs requested outside of membership coverage may incur separate fees.
2. Subscription & Billing
Membership is billed annually at $179/year.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
Payment is accepted only via credit or debit card through our online platform.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
⚠️ CRITICAL: ALL MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. By subscribing, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
No Refunds Policy: All membership fees ($179/year) are 100% non-refundable once payment is processed. This applies to both initial payments and all renewal payments. No exceptions.
Why No Refunds: Our membership is priced at a significant discount ($179/year for 2 professional visits + 15-20% savings on repairs). Members save more through discounts than they pay in membership fees. Refunds would enable members to receive discounted services without payment, which is not sustainable.
Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support@homzgarage.com.
Immediate Benefit Loss Upon Cancellation: When you cancel your membership, you IMMEDIATELY lose ALL benefits including: (1) All scheduled future visits are canceled, (2) 24/7 priority emergency support is revoked, (3) 15% discount on repairs is removed, (4) 20% discount on new installations is removed, (5) Priority scheduling access is removed. No refunds or credits are provided for unused time or visits.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals only. You will NOT receive any refund for the current billing period, regardless of when you cancel or how many visits remain unused.
Chargebacks & Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, collections, and legal action. All payments are legitimate charges for services rendered and benefits provided.
Service Credits: No service credits, partial refunds, or prorated amounts are provided for any reason, including unused scheduled visits, early cancellation, or dissatisfaction with services.
4. Scheduling & Service Delivery
Members receive automated reminders before scheduled visits.
Appointments must be confirmed by the customer. HOMZ is not responsible for missed visits due to unconfirmed schedules.
Emergency services are available 24/7, with priority for active members.
5. Member Discounts
15% off parts and labor for additional repairs.
20% off new garage doors and installations.
Discounts apply only to active members and cannot be combined with other promotions.
6. Responsibilities & Limitations
All HOMZ technicians are background-checked, insured, and professionally trained.
HOMZ is not responsible for pre-existing damages or third-party modifications.
Service times may vary due to availability, location, or other factors.
7. Liability Disclaimer
HOMZ provides services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOMZ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
HOMZ’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total membership fee paid in the past 12 months.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and branding belong to HOMZ and may not be reused without written permission.
Work performed by HOMZ remains Company property until paid in full.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Illinois.
11. Changes to Terms
HOMZ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
